We are a building company focused around St Andrews and the North Fife area. We specialise in refurbishments, re-models, extensions, kitchens, and bathrooms. We are a recent formation but have years of experience in the building trades and in the area.
Most homeowners are apprehensive about building projects, and there are scary stories out there about overbudgets, over schedules, client stress, and making big decisions without the experience of knowledge. We hear this a lot.
When you are spending 10’s to 100’s of thousands of pounds you should have an amazing experience seeing your dream happen, and the customer experience is our highest priority.
We can take you through concept ideas, all the way through to the Completion Certificate. Working with Architects, making any planning applications, and walking through drawings. All while ensuring there are no budgetary wastages on over-engineering or extravagant designs.
The next step is project managing your job. We are contactable almost 24 hours, 7 days a week, and will help with design choices down to the tap choice or coat-hangers, and guidance through the entire experience.
During the build you will be involved in the decision-making process at every stage.
All our staff are friendly and courteous, and all are shareholders in the company. This ensures minimum wastage, with work completed on schedule, and completed to the highest standards as if it were their own company. After all, it is!
The majority of our work comes from ‘word of mouth’, and we will be only too happy to put you in touch with previous customers, so they can relay their own experiences of their project to you.
